Nevada County Escapes requires a non-refundable deposit of one half of the total at the time you book your Escape. This deposit is your guarantee that your individualized package is being organized, scheduled and held exclusively for you. The remaining balance is due when you arrive in Nevada County and begin your Escape.

Should you have a family or work emergency that renders you unable to make your Escape on the scheduled dates, we will cancel your scheduled Escape and provide you with a Nevada County Escapes credit for the amount already paid. There are no refunds of deposits. Your credit with Nevada County Escapes is redeemable for a period of one year from the originally scheduled date of your Escape.

Nevada County Escapes must receive all Escape cancellations in writing or by email. If the cancellation occurs 10 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival, there will be an additional re-scheduling fee of $50 at the time you re-schedule. When re-scheduling your Escape, you must provide us with a minimum of 10 days advance notice.

We at Nevada County Escapes will do our best to make sure your Escape arrangements are satisfactory, but we cannot accept liability of any kind for the acts or omissions, negligent or otherwise, of those who actually provide the Escape services to you pursuant to a contract between them and you (via ticket, verbal or other written agreements), nor for any injury, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly by force majeure, a decision of the provider to alter or cancel the Escape itinerary or plan due to climatic or other conditions that they deem require the change, equipment failures or other events that are beyond our control.
